Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the details you give us on polandstudy.in. The short version: we collect only what we need to call you back about studying abroad, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who is responsible

The site is run by Edumapple Global Education LLP (LLPIN ACD-8134), Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030, India. For any question about your data, write to [email protected]. We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • From the counselling form: your name, mobile number and whether it is on WhatsApp, your state, and, if you choose to give them, your email, current education, field of interest and intended intake, plus your answers to the consent boxes.
  • Technical data: the page you sent the form from, the time and your IP address. We use the IP address only to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.

The site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Our network provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data to protect the site from attacks.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the request you made, and to advise you on studying abroad. Your consent, given with the tick box on the form, is the basis for this. We do not send your details to universities or anyone else without asking you first.

Updates by email and WhatsApp

If you tick the separate box for updates, we may send you news about admissions, scholarships and visa rules for this country. Email updates are sent through Brevo, an email service that processes your address on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop WhatsApp updates by replying STOP or writing to us.

Where it is stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored on our web server and forwarded to our counselling team through a private messaging channel. We keep them until you withdraw your consent, or for 36 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. If you become our client, the client agreement sets the period.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] from the email or phone number you gave us. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Many of our readers are school students. If you are under 18, please fill in the form together with a parent or guardian; we speak to the family before any decision is made.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
