Applying from India
- Request an individual recognition statement from NAWA for your Class 12 certificate (or degree). Allow up to 60 days; you can start the university application meanwhile.
- Register in IRK and pay PLN 85 per programme. Bachelor's: 7 May–13 July 2026; master's: 7 May–20 July 2026.
- Take the online entrance exam (bachelor's) or interview (master's) in July.
- Once admitted, pay tuition in euros. The acceptance letter for the visa is issued only after the payment arrives.
- Book your visa appointment yourself; the university cannot do it for you.

English and housing
The university asks for IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 87, or a degree taught in English. Dorms cost PLN 550–850 a month per person in a double room, with a deposit of two months' rent.
Our view
Good value for business, economics and computer science, in a large and cheap city an hour from Warsaw by train. Plan early because of the NAWA step, and make sure your English score is above the national minimum.
