Vistula University in Warsaw: Low Fees, Many Intakes and a One-Year Approval to Watch
Vistula University is a private university in Warsaw that recruits widely in South Asia and starts some programmes as late as November. In May 2026 the Interior Ministry approved it for only one year, while most of its peers got four or five. That has a direct effect on your right to work.
Vistula also teaches management, logistics, finance and tourism in English. Search results give amounts of €4,000–7,100 a year for some of them, but we could not tie each figure to a programme on the official non-EU sheet.

Since 1 December 2025, a student at a private Polish university can work without a permit only if the university is on the MSWiA register. Most private universities on the list were approved for four or five years; Vistula for one. Before you pay, ask Vistula in writing whether the approval has been renewed. Low fees and flexible intakes, but more uncertainty than at public universities or at private schools with longer approvals, such as Kozminski or Lazarski. If part-time work is part of your budget, this risk matters.
