Step by step
Qualify NEET-UG
Take NEET in the year you apply. Polish universities do not use the score, but the NMC requires it.
Pick two or three schools
Combine schools with different selection methods and dates.
Take an English test
IELTS 5.5 is enough at most schools; Poznań wants 6.5 and Łódź and Białystok do not accept a medium-of-instruction letter.
Apply to NAWA
Request recognition of your Class 12 certificate and get the state attestation and MEA apostille.
Sit the exams
Most are online between March and September.
Pay and apply for the visa
Pay the first instalment, receive the admission letter and book the visa appointment through e-Konsulat.

Documents you will need
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates, attested by your state's Regional Authentication Centre and apostilled by the MEA.
- The NAWA recognition statement for your Class 12 certificate (allow up to two months).
- An English certificate.
- Your passport and NEET-UG scorecard.
- For the visa: the admission letter, proof of tuition payment, proof of funds and health insurance. See student visa for Poland.
A sensible timeline for October 2027
- November 2026–January 2027: IELTS, NAWA application, apostille.
- February–May 2027: applications and first exams (Poznań, Kraków, Warsaw, Łódź).
- June–July 2027: results, first payment, visa appointment.
- August–September 2027: visa, travel, orientation week.
