Applying from India

Since 1 July 2025, an Indian Class 12 certificate needs a NAWA recognition statement. For a master's you need NAWA information on your degree.
The application fee is PLN 85, or PLN 100 if the programme has an entrance exam. It is refunded if you withdraw during registration or pay too late to be registered.
Pay at least the first instalment before 30 September. You can pay earlier if the consulate needs proof.

Refunds

SGH's fee regulation (Rector's Regulation No. 15 of 12 March 2026) does not set out a visa-refusal refund in the pages we read. Ask the admissions office in writing before paying the full year.

Our view

The strongest public brand in Poland for economics and finance, at a price lower than most private business schools in Warsaw. The ACCA master's is a practical choice for students aiming at accounting and audit jobs in Warsaw's shared-services centres.

What are SGH Warsaw fees for Indian students?

English bachelor's programmes cost €5,000 a year. Master's programmes start at €4,800 a year, and Finance and Accounting with ACCA costs €6,200.

What English proof does SGH accept?

A B2 certificate such as IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 72 or PTE Academic 59, or proof that your whole previous degree was taught in English. Duolingo is not accepted.

When are SGH deadlines?

For October 2026, the main bachelor's round ran from 23 June to 23 July and the main master's round from 9 June to 23 July. A supplementary round ran from 27 August to 12 September. There is no February intake.

Can I post my documents to SGH?

No. Originals must be brought in person or by an authorised representative, usually in late September.

Can Indian students work while studying at SGH?

Yes. SGH is a public university, so its full-time students can work without a work permit under the rules in force since December 2025.
