Calendar for 2026, as an example
- 1–20 June: register in IRK and pay the fee.
- 2 July: online maths exam.
- 10 July: upload documents and English proof.
- 14–17 July: results.
- 26 July: tuition payment deadline.
Master's applicants had until 21 July, paid by 7 August and brought documents in person by 25 September.

Documents and English
Indian bachelor's applicants need the school certificate with an apostille and NAWA recognition; master's applicants need a related bachelor's degree and a written NAWA statement. English: B2 in four skills, for example IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 72. A medium-of-instruction letter is accepted only as part of a university diploma.
Our view
A strong engineering school in one of Poland's most pleasant cities, with a large electronics and IT job market. Check the 2026/27 price list carefully: some master's programmes now cost more than at Warsaw University of Technology.
