Medical University of Lublin: FMGE Record, the UAE Pathway and What We Could Not Confirm
The Medical University of Lublin has one of the longest-running English medical programmes in Poland and appears in India's FMGE reports every few years. We could not open its websites to confirm the 2026/27 fees, so this page sticks to what we could verify.
After Gdańsk, Lublin has the second-largest group of FMGE candidates among Polish universities. That suggests a steady Indian cohort, but ten results over eleven years are not enough to compare teaching quality.

Medical University of Lublin: Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MD fee at the Medical University of Lublin?
We could not confirm it. The university's sites did not open from our network, and the only figures we found were outdated 2022 instalment amounts. Ask the English Division for the current rector's regulation before you pay.
What is the Gulf Medical University pathway?
A separate route in which years one to three are taught at Gulf Medical University in Ajman, UAE, and years four to six in Lublin. The standard English MD is taught entirely in Lublin.
Is the UAE pathway acceptable under NMC rules?
Be careful. The NMC's 2021 rules expect the whole course and internship at the same foreign institution. A course split between two universities in two countries may not meet them. Choose the standard Lublin programme if you plan to practise in India.
What is the Lublin entrance exam?
Biology plus one of chemistry, physics or mathematics. The application fee is PLN 100, and registration for 2026 closed no later than 7 October.
What is the FMGE result of Lublin graduates?
NBEMS reports show 10 Lublin candidates from 2015 to December 2025, of whom 4 passed: 0 of 2 in 2015–2018, 2 of 5 in 2024, 1 of 1 in June 2025 and 1 of 2 in December 2025.
