Poznań University of Technology (PUT) has one of the most modern English offers in Poland, including bachelor's degrees in artificial intelligence and quantum technologies. Its weak point is size: it admits only 10 to 15 international students to some programmes.

Applying from India

Apply online for up to three programmes and pay one fee.
Upload the Class 12 certificate and marks statement with the grading scale. For a master's, add the bachelor's diploma, transcript and proof of GPA.
Get a NAWA recognition statement. India is not exempt.
After you qualify, pay the first semester in euros within three weeks. Visa documents are issued after the payment.
Bring originals to the International Relations Office (Piotrowo 5) after arrival; book a slot online.

B2 under the 2025 national regulation. PUT does not print scores on its page; other universities using the same rules ask for IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 72 or PTE Academic 59.

Our view

For AI, computing and quantum technologies this is one of the best offers in Poland, at a fair price. Because the quotas are tiny, apply in the first week of registration and have a backup at AGH or Łódź Tech.

What are Poznań University of Technology fees for Indian students?

English bachelor's programmes cost PLN 13,600 a year, and Artificial Intelligence and Architecture PLN 17,600. Master's programmes cost about €4,440–5,160 a year.

Can I study artificial intelligence in English at PUT?

Yes, both as a bachelor's and a master's. The bachelor's has about 15 places for international candidates, so competition is real.

When do PUT master's programmes start?

Most English master's programmes, except Architecture, start in the summer semester, in February. For February 2027 registration runs from 3 November 2026 to 8 January 2027.

Does PUT refund tuition?

If you do not start your studies, PUT refunds tuition minus transaction costs within a month of a written request. The application fee is not refunded.

How many programmes can I apply to at PUT?

Up to three in one application, for a single fee: PLN 85, PLN 100 with an entrance exam or PLN 150 for Architecture. You pay only the highest one.
