Clinical years abroad
SUM's fee table has a lower rate for years four to six spent outside Poland, but only where the university has signed an agreement with a hospital abroad; travel, housing and insurance are then paid by the student. Before relying on this for India, check that the NMC would accept clinical training split between countries. Its 2021 rules ask for the whole course and internship at the same institution. See NMC rules for Poland.
Our view
The February intake makes SUM the obvious backup for Indian students who miss the October deadlines elsewhere. Fees are lower than in Warsaw, Poznań or Wrocław. Its graduates do not appear in the NBEMS FMGE reports we checked.
