Fees are set by Rector's Order 58/2026 and are the same in every year. You can pay in two instalments of €9,600 or four of €4,900. After admission you pay a €1,000 confirmation fee, which counts towards tuition.

Admission
- Register online and pay the application fee: €24 if you take the WUM test, €20 if you apply with an international test score or a degree.
- Sit the online competency test (biology, chemistry, decision-making).
- If you qualify, pay the €1,000 confirmation fee to keep your place.
For the 2026 intake, registration closed on 30 June. Dates for 2027 had not been published when we checked.
WUM also runs a one-year Premed College in Warsaw with 60 first-year places. It prepares you for the test but does not guarantee admission.
NMC checklist for WUM
- Length and language: six years in English, above the NMC's 54-month minimum.
- Internship: the NMC wants 12 months of internship at the same foreign institution. In Poland the formal internship comes after the degree; ask WUM in writing how your clinical training will be documented.
- Licence in Poland: Polish licensing needs the LEK exam and a postgraduate internship, and English-track graduates also need to pass a Polish-language exam. Plan Polish lessons from the first year.
- NEET: qualify NEET in the year you apply, whatever WUM asks.

Two candidates in seven years are too few to judge the university by. Most WUM graduates have stayed in Europe.
Our view
A top Polish medical school in the capital, but at about ₹2 crore including living costs over six years it is for families who are sure about the budget and about Polish lessons. Kraków and Łódź offer similar MD programmes for less.
