Contracts and pay
Most student jobs use a civil-law contract (umowa zlecenie) with the hourly minimum, or an employment contract with the monthly minimum of PLN 4,806 in 2026. Students under 26 who are tax resident in Poland, usually after 183 days in the country, pay no income tax on these contracts up to PLN 85,528 a year.
