Tuition Discounts at Polish Private Universities: Kozminski, Lazarski, PJAIT and Vistula
Private universities in Poland compete for international students with discounts rather than scholarships. They are smaller than they look: 2% for paying in advance at PJAIT, 30% for top school marks at Lazarski, 50% for Olympiad finalists at Kozminski.
A 30% discount on Lazarski's first year saves about €1,500. A public university such as the University of Łódź or UMCS costs less than that discounted fee from the start, and its students keep their work rights without depending on the MSWiA register. Discounts are worth having, but they should not decide the choice.
