Admission

Class 12 with mathematics, NAWA recognition, IELTS 5.5 or 6.0, a higher application fee of PLN 150 and, at some universities, a drawing test. Architecture windows can close earlier: Lodz Tech's ran from 9 to 22 June in 2026, and Gdańsk Tech's from 26 May to 11 June.

Careers

Architects in Poland need membership of the Chamber of Architects to sign projects, which requires Polish and practice. English-speaking graduates often start in international design studios, BIM teams and engineering consultancies.

Can I study B.Arch in Poland?

Poland's equivalent is a three-and-a-half-year bachelor's in architecture (inżynier architekt), followed by a master's. Lodz Tech, Poznań Tech, Gdańsk Tech and Warsaw Tech teach the bachelor's in English.

Is a Polish architecture degree recognised in India?

Practising as an architect in India requires registration with the Council of Architecture, which assesses foreign qualifications. Check with the CoA before you commit.

Which architecture school in Poland is cheapest?
