What changes the ranking
- Rent. A dorm in Toruń or Gliwice starts at PLN 410–440 a month; in Wrocław at PLN 740. Over three years, rent can outweigh a tuition gap of a few thousand złoty.
- The University of Warsaw's low fee comes with Warsaw rents, the highest in Poland.
- Your field. The cheapest programme is rarely the one you want; look at the fee for your subject.
- Jobs. Cheaper cities have fewer English-speaking part-time jobs.
